A: Yes, we do. We would like to provide the samples according to your requirements.

2.Q: How do we charge for samples?

A: The existing samples are free but you need pay for the shipping fee; for custom samples we will charge the plate fee.

3.Q: When is the delivery time?

A: It depends on the quantity, generally, for samples, we need 10-15 days to work on custom cups; For goods, it will take 20-25 days.

4.Q: What’s the MOQ?

A: Usually, the MOQ is 50,000pcs of each item. But if you don’t want that much, you can also decide the quantity by yourself, the more quantity the lower the unit price.

4.How thick the PLA film is?

The paper is usually coated by 30PLA film.

Normally print 4 colors, but can add spot color (PS: add color will need to pay the color plate charge). And it won’t fade because the printing will be protected by glossy layer or films.
